EDC 90A4 - Seminar and Practicum in Teacher Development

3 Credit(s) Hours: 10 hrs.

Seminar and supervised field work stressing multicultural factors. Students apply knowledge of child development in agency settings working with young children, in seminars with peers and in individual conferences with supervisors.

Not open to students who have completed ECE or EDC 9105.

Prerequisite(s): ENG 1200 and Math Proficient AND

For A.S. Education Studies: 1st - 6th Grade Concentration: EDC 2900 , EDC 3100 , and EDC 4200 with a minimum grade of “C” AND Department permission required.

For A.S. Education Studies: PreK - 12th Grade Special Educaiton Concentration: EDC 3100 , EDC 4200 , and EDC 5100 with a minimum grade of “C” AND Department permission required.
