Introduction to computers and how they are used, as well as the impact they have had on society
Prerequisite(s): Exempt from or completion of developmental courses in Reading and Writing and (1) Score of 57 or higher on the Elementary Algebra portion of the ACCUPLACER CUNY Assessment Test in Math; or (2) A passing score on both the Pre-Algebra and Elementary Algebra portion of the CUNY Mathematics Skills Test (COMPASS); or (3) Successful completion of both the Pre-Algebra and Elementary Algebra CUNY Mathematics remediation or (4) Math Exemption; or (5) Established math proficiency designation per the CUNY Proficiency Index.
